Curry Yakimeshi with Beef
Japanese-style curry fried rice with beef.

INGREDIENTS
2 cubes S&B Golden Curry Mix Mild 92g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
120g beef mince
¼ carrot, diced
¼ round beans, diced
½ brown onion, diced
½ cup mushroom, sliced
2 cups short grain rice, cooked
2 tsp Japanese Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper, to taste
METHOD

Mix S&B Golden Curry Mix with 150ml hot water to make a curry sauce in a bowl, then set a side.

Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat, stir in beef mince, carrot, beans, onion, mushroom until cooked through.

Add in rice, curry sauce and soy sauce, mix well.

Give a pinch of salt and pepper to adjust the taste and serve hot.
