1 pack of S&B yakitori seasoning mix
680g chicken thigh or breast, cut into cube
1 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Sprinkle S&B yakitori seasoning mix over chicken and toss well to coat.

  2. Place the chicken in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  3. Thread the chicken onto the skewers. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the skewers to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, then serve.
