Tofu Vegetable Salad

A quick and healthy meal for any occasion.

¼ tsp S&B wasabi paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin seasoning
5 tsp rice wine vinegar
⅙ Onion
¼ Apple
3 tbsp olive oil
200g mixed lettuce
1 continental cucumber, sliced
⅓ daikon radish, sliced
1 radish, sliced
½ pack of silken tofu, sliced
30g dry wakame seaweed, rehydrated
½ carrot, julienne
12 cherry tomatoes


  1. To make the sauce, mix the S&B wasabi paste, soy sauce, mirin seasoning, rice wine vinegar, onion, apple and olive oil in a food blender until well combined.

  2. Place the mixed lettuce on a serving plate, then top with cucumber, daikon radish, radish, silken tofu, wakame seaweed, carrot and cherry tomatoes on the mixed lettuce.

  3. Drizzle the sauce over the salad to your liking.
