Easy to make cone-style sushi.

INGREDIENTS
5 tbsp sushi seasoning
½ cup steamed rice
4 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise, to taste
2-3 tbsp S&B Wasabi Paste 43g, to taste
2 nori sheets, cut in half
20g x 2 sashimi salmon, cut into strips
20g x 2 sashimi tuna, cut into strips
2 cucumber, sticks
2 firm avocados, section into 1/8 sticks
Lettuce leaves
Sushi and Sashimi Soy Sauce, to serve
METHOD

Mix sushi seasoning with steamed rice.

Combine mayonnaise with S&B Wasabi Paste. Wasabi can be adjusted to your liking.

Place the nori, the shiny side down, on palm. Put a layer of rice at a 45-degree angle to the top left corner of the nori sheet and spread it evenly. Add wasabi and mayonnaise mix and some sashimi salmon, tuna, cucumber, avocados, lettuce leaves.

Roll the bottom left corner up to the middle of the top edge of the nori to form triangle, and continue rolling until form a cone shape. Put a piece of rice on the tip of the nori to secure the folds. Serve with sushi and sashimi soy sauce.
