8 slices pork loin steak, thinly 1 pack of S&B yakitori seasoning mix ½ large onion, sliced 1 tsp honey 2 tbsp ketchup 2 white-skinned potatoes, mashed, as needed 1 head broccoli, blanched, as needed ½ small onion, blanched, as needed
Combine the pork loin steak and S&B yakitori seasoning mix together into a thick plastic bag and toss to coat.
Then add the sliced onions, honey and ketchup to the same plastic bag and toss. Refrigerate for 15 mins to marinate.
Place the pork steak in a pan and cook over medium heat until cooked through.
Serve the pork steak with the mashed potato, broccoli and onion.
