Yakitori
The iconic Japanese street food dish.

INGREDIENTS
1 pack of S&B yakitori seasoning mix
680g chicken thigh or breast, cut into cube
1 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD

Sprinkle S&B yakitori seasoning mix over chicken and toss well to coat.

Place the chicken in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Thread the chicken onto the skewers. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the skewers to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, then serve.
